A valuable lesson

Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking

If you have been following the article this week, then today will
make sense to you, if not go back and read the earlier posts.

This is an important and valuable lesson when you are working
with your target market. Do you know their triggers?

One of the first exercises you should have done when you decided
to build a business was to identify your target market.

Once that target market is identified you then start putting
together your advertising campaigns, right?

Wrong!!

Once your target market is identified you absolutely must put
together a list of triggers. You must know the words, the
pictures to use that will flick the switch. If you don’t do this
first, then all of your advertising campaigns, your WebSite, your
promotional products will all be a shot in the dark.

I have often said that advertising is legal gambling in business,
but you can greatly increase your odds by knowing and using the
trigger words.

Use the trigger words in your headlines.

Use the trigger words in your WebSite description.

Use the trigger words in your keywords.

Those trigger words are going to get your prospect to become a
customer. If your product does in fact solve a problem in his
life you will then become a professional.

Ice Breakers
Price of Oranges

Mrs. Golden was shopping at a produce stand in her neighborhood.

She approached the vendor and asked, “How much are these
oranges?”

“Two for a quarter,” answered the vendor.

“How much is just one?” she asked.

“Fifteen cents,” answered the vendor.

“Then I’ll take the other one,” said Mrs. Golden.

Thought for Today:

“In the final analysis, the questions of why bad things happen to
good people transmutes itself into some very different questions,
no longer asking why something happened, but asking how we will respond, what we intend to do now that it happened.”
