Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking
In my opinion, you can never learn too much about promotion and marketing. As a matter of fact, once you have some technology under your belt, have a website up and going then no less than 50% of the time you spend working your business should be spent promoting, prospecting and building relationships.
The time you spend promoting and marketing your business is the ONLY activity that is going to earn you a living and then some. You can have the best product in the world, but if no one knows about it what good is it?
No one likes spam emails and while eMail marketing is very key in marketing on the web, you must first get people’s agreement to receive your messages. Once you get that agreement in the form of an opt-in list, then use eMail to keep in touch.
What are the key methods to keep in touch through eMail?
1. Newsletters
2. eCourses
3. Auto Response messages
How do you get people to opt-in?
With a squeeze page or landing page. But remember you still have to promote the landing page. I want to call your attention to my letter today. I know many won’t but Jay is a guy to listen to and you have the opportunity to listen to him free this weekend. I do hope that you will take advantage of this teleconference.
Now, by ‘YOU’, I probably don’t mean ‘You’, but most of the collective ‘You-s’ who are reading this email.
Barely 1 in 100 subscribers take ANYTHING I say to heart – so why should this be different, right?
This guy has helped me take a 4-figure a year business. Many people ask me where I get my advice, well this is one of those guys.
He’s doing a free call sharing some of his methods. The telecast is scheduled for this weekend so sign up now, don’t get left out.
Like I said, take it or leave it.
Here’s where to sign up. If I were you, I’d do it right away.
P.S. – Jay Abraham is one of the most respected and reputed business gurus in the world. He has generated over $7.8 BILLION for his clients. Think he’s worth listening to and learning from?

Ice Breakers
Ears
I was the nurse caring for a couple’s newborn first child,
a son, after his cesarean birth. Since the mother was
asleep under general anesthesia, we took our tiny charge
directly to the newborn nursery to introduce him to his
daddy.
While cuddling his son for the first time, he noticed the
baby’s ears conspicuously standing out from his head.
He expressed his concern that some kids might call his
son names like “Dumbo.”
The pediatrician reassured the new dad that his son
was healthy and the ears could be easily corrected
during childhood.
The father still worried about his wife’s reaction to
those large protruding ears. “She doesn’t take things
as easily as I do,” he worried.
By this time, the new mother was ready to meet her
precious son. I placed the tiny bundle in his mother’s
arms and eased the blanket back so that she could
gaze upon her child for the first time.
She took one look at her baby’s face and looked
to her husband and gasped, “Oh, Honey! Look!
He has your ears!”

Tips and Techniques
Building relationships means a give and take. If you always take and never give the relationship will sour and probably quite quickly. if you are always giving and never get anything in return most people somehow feel “used.” So what is a good common ground?
Personally, giving of my time, my knowledge and of myself never gets old or tiring. Why? Because every time someone tells me that a strategy or what a bit of advice did for them, I get!
Fullfillment is the common ground, Be always thankful for what you get in return because too often it goes un-noticed or taken for granted.
Happy designing!
