I Have Been Thinking

I do hope that you are alive and well after you Thanksgiving Holiday. I want to say that I was good! I followed many wonderful tips to not overeat and to move my body during the day! I don’t know when I have bent and stooped so much to clean up after the dog and the kids and yes even my daughter and son in law!

I got my Christmas cards made and they are ready to go to the post office to be mailed but I won’t be doing that today with all the snow outside. Isn’t it nice to have the choice to go out or not! That is one of the things I enjoy most about working from home and working at my computer. If the weather is not just right, I don’t have to go out in it if I don’t want to. There are no dress codes or someone telling you what to do and when to do it.

We are now 30 days until the Christmas holidays. Do you have an action plan for getting through the holidays in good health mentally, physically and financially? If you don’t take a minute now and make your lists, check them twice and have a great Holiday Season.

hold a grave-side burial service at a small local cemetery for someone
with no family or friends. The preacher started early but quickly got
himself lost, making several wrong turns. Eventually, a half-hour late, he

I have seen several articles on how to stay sane during the holidays but gee whiz why would anyone have to? The Holidays just the word intimates a time of good cheer, doesn’t it? At 63 I can say there isn’t anything that I haven’t done during the holiday times so this is my times table: It begi! ns about 2 weeks before Halloween when I plan and make the children’s costumes. On Nov 1 I design my Christmas card and order all of my paper materials. My cards are made ready to mail on the Friday after Thanksgiving. – Now there are 30 days ….
