I Have Been Thinking

The change over to the new server is going smoothly so far.
I am hoping there will be little or no downtime with
WinAssoc. It sure is easier though then moving a store. We
had to move Crystal Wedding 4 times in eight years. Let me
tell you what a headache that was. If you think it is
difficult moving your home just try moving your business
with little or no downtime. The logistics can be a
nightmare. Correct project management “action plans” is the
key to making everything run smoothly. But this brings us to
the next point in planning and that is planning for the
unexpected.
