Good Morning Carolyn Winslow,

Do you look in the mirror in the morning and like who you
see? My grandmother used to tell me something (translated
from Spanish) “If you always do what you feel is right even
if someone else doesn’t think it is, and you always do it
with a heart full of love, then life will give you peace
and harmony.”

I don’t think I knew of another person in my life that was
as wise and as loving as my grandmother, but then I’m
probably predjuced. She never had a lot of money, but she
could prepare a feast from a cupboard that looked like it
was empty. She wasn’t successful, not by a lot of
standards, but her life was filled with family, friend.
laughter and the most wonderful smells coming from the
kitchen.

I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial day and spent some
time remembering the heros in your life.
