What?? Fear!

Good Morning!

I Have Been Thinking

Goodness! Tomorrow is already the last day of February. Are you on target for this month? Are you on target for this year?
In our goals class last night we talked about “fear” and “conditioning” as two of the elements that tend to hold us back from the achievement of a goal or goals. Fear is nothing more than a symptom, know that when you are working with individuals. There is always something underlying that fear. There is always a reason why. Do you know how to dig, how to pull the string to find out the real reason why a person does not act on what he knows deep down inside that he should be doing. You will be surprised when the real reason finally comes to the surface. Often times it is the drilled in, “don’t talk to strangers.” or “don’t speak until you are spoken to.”
Do check the calendar every day for all of the live and totally free classes being offered.

Ice Breakers

Ancient Castle

A group of American tourists were being guided
through an ancient castle in Europe. “This place,”
the guide told them, “is 600 years old. Not a stone
in it has been touched, nothing altered, nothing
replaced in all those years.”

“Wow,” said an appreciative member of the tour
group, “they must have the same landlord I have.”

Tips and Techniques

The magic of the Web is hyperlinks. All it takes is a simple to do link from one page to anywhere on the Web that you want your visitor to see. The tag is A HREF: which means Anchor Hypertext Reference and of course is surrounded by the symbol. Make sure the text or image you use clearly indicates where the link will take users.
There are two kinds of links. The first called an absolute URL. It is a link that includes the full path to the new page. It begins with http://. The second is a relative URL and is used when creating a link to another page within your own website. If the Web page is stored in the same folder as the page that contains the link, then just name the page it will link to example
If the Web page is stored in a sub-folder, the relative URL must specify the name of the subfolder and the name of the Web page.
Example: products/salespage1.html .

Happy designing!
