Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking
Please note that these are not complete guidelines,
Concepts from the W3C Recommendation web Content Accessibility Guidelines tell us
1. To have maximum accessibility, pages need to render correctly in all browsers
2. It is best, if you can provide two pages one with all your design attributes, the other for printing.
3. It’s easier to maintain a Web site that follows accessibility guidelines (and therefore Web standards). Unfortunately, it’s less straightforward to validate your documents for accessibility.
The appearance and accessibility of your pages plays a role in how people receive your pages. If you ae interested and want to know more about this subject see:

Be Careful What You Pray For
As song leader for my church in New Hampshire, I was preparing for Sunday morning. I had planned on playing my guitar, but my electronic tuner was missing. “Maybe I left it in the car,” I thought.
Heading out to the garage, I passed my husband in the living room, watching TV. “Please pray that I find my tuner,” I mentioned out loud and then I asked God to help me find it.
As I searched through the car, I didn’t find anything in the back seat, but when I reached under the front seat, I pulled out a can of tuna.
My husband heard my laughter from all the way in the house and came out to the garage. “Honey,” I chuckled, “the Lord sure answered that prayer — New England accent and all!”

Tips and Techniques
There should be no handicap for usability. The web is for everyone that wants to share information. Just remember that it is an open form of communication and as such contains much opinion. Not everything you read online is fact. Always keep that in mind when reading anything.
Happy designing!
